We all know we should be exercising. It is the single best contributor to physical and mental health and wellness. At Whitley Wellness, we understand the difficulty involved with motivation to work out. Many external factors can contribute to beginning an exercise program, but in the end, the longevity of physical activity is what really matters. We offer a unique service we call Exercise Therapy, to provide one such avenue for longevity. With Exercise Therapy, the therapist and client work out together, by means of a stationary bicycle, stair stepper, outdoor walks along the harbor, or weight-lifting, while doing the counseling therapy session! This helps motivation, development of workout habits, and progress, resulting in the most benefit to our patients.
